Ingredients
3 large cucumbers - sliced2 onions - sliced1.5 cup cider vinegar1.5 sugar2 tsp pickeling salt1/4 tsp alum3/4 tsp mustard seed
Directions
slice cucumbers & onion
mix together vinegar, sugar, salt, alum & mustard seed
poor over cucumber/onion mixture. refrigerate overnight. Keeps for up to 2 weeks.
