Steak and saurkraut roll

Ingredients
1round steak put through cube machineI can sauerkraut Baby carrots3 potatoes cubed
Directions
Lay out steak and top with 3/4 of the saurkraut
Roll up jelly roll fashion
Top with remaining saurkraut
Place cut up potatoes and carrots aroun steak
Bake in the oven about 1.5 hours or until steak feels tender .
Slice and serve.
