Whole wheat oatmeal wheat germ buns

3 cups wheat flour1 cup sourdough starter2 cups oats1 cup wheat germ3 cups water2 tbsp honey
Mix 2 cups water and honey with 1 cup sourdough starter. Whisk well. Add 3 cups whole wheat four. Mix well. Add last cup of water. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients.
Allow to sit for up to 18 hours covered with plastic wrap or a damp towel. Mix and format into buns. Cover for another 3-5 hours. Bake 425 for 20 minutes.
