Healthier Pancakes

Directions
Add the 1 TBSP lemon juice to the 1 cup skim milk. Let sit for a few minutes (this simulates buttermilk if you don't have it on hand, and it makes the pancakes fluffier). Make like pancakes (mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients separately, then combine them when each is will mixed), putting the agave nectar in with the wet ingredients. Only 90 calories per pancake!
