Tzatziki Sauce (simple and easy)

Ingredients
1.5 cups Greek Yogurt1 medium Cucumber1 clove (or 2 tsp) Garlic3 Tbsp or 1 LemonBlack Pepper, to taste
Directions
Peel the cucumber. Grate it.
In a medium bowl, add yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, and black pepper. Refrigerate for 2 hours minimum.
This will keep for a few days or more in the refrigerator, but you will need to drain off any water and stir each time you use it.
