8 Packs of No Calorie Sweetener1/ 2 c. Olive Oil2 Large Eggs1 1/2 c.Mashed Bananas ( 3 medium)1/2 c. Almond Breeze Milk1 tsp. Vanilla2 1/2 c. Flour1 tsp. Baking Soda1 tsp. Salt1 c. Chopped Nuts ( if desired)
Mix Sugar & Oil in large bowl , stir in eggs until well blended. stir in flour,baking soda & salt , bananas, almond breeze milk , vanilla , beat until smooth.
preheat oven 350
grease bottoms only of loaf pans.
divide batter evenly bake 8- inch loaf pans about 1 hr. , 9 - inch loaf about 1 hr. 15 min.
or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
cool 10 mins. in pan on wire rack. remove from pans and let cool for 2 hrs. completely on wire racks.
wrap tightly and store at room temp. up to 4 days
