Ingredients
2lbs carrots1lb of green beans3 big green onions2 medium green bell peppers2lbs zucchini1 stalk of celery2 can diced tomatoes (796ml)1 large can or box of beef broth1 pkg chicken noodle soupput water till level of veggies
Directions
cut all veggies bite size put all in big pot, add all other ingredients bring to boil and let simmer till doneness about 3hrs.
salt, pepper to taste.
