Honey-Lime Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
3 Tbsp light soy sauce 2 Tbsp honey 1/2 Tbsp vegetable oil 2 Tbsp lime juice1 Tbsp minced garlic1 1/2 tsp siracha 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes2 Tbsp cilantro 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
Directions
In a small bowl, combine your ingredients, through the cilantro. Mix thoroughly. Pour marinade over chicken and stir to coat. Cover and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour.

Grill on medium high heat for 6 to 8 minutes per side, until juices run clear.
