Healthy Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
3/4 c. honey1 c. peanut butter, crunchy (no sugar added)1/4 c. protein powder 1/4 c. sesame seeds1/4 c. sunflower seeds, hulled1/4 c. wheat germ1/4 c. raisins or currants1/4 c. dried coconut, finely shredded.
Directions
Mix all ingredients and form into balls. Roll in dried coconut. Store in refrigerator.
