Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

3 bananas1 egg3/4 cup of Chocolate Chips1.5 Whole Wheat Flour1 tsp Baking Soda1.5 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Salt1 TBSP Ground Flax Seed1/2 cup packed Brown Sugar1/2 cup Splenda1/3 Buttermilk
Begin by preheating the oven to 350
Mash the three bananas in a large bowl
Once bananas are mashed add Egg, Brown Sugar, Buttermilk, and Splenda
Whisk together
In separate bowl mix Flax Seeds, Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, and salt.
Combine Flour mixture and Banana mixture.
Fold in Chocolate Chips
Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean.
Serving Size: 1 Muffin
