Yogurt baked cod

Ingredients
1 cod fillet to serve 4, about 1 lb8oz plain yogurt2 Tbs Pesto (fresh if possible)Lemon to serve - cut into quarters
Directions
Mix the pesto into the yogurt.
Place the fish in an oven proof dish.
Spread the yogurt mixture on the top.
Either, bake at 190C in pre-heated oven for about 15-25 or grill 10-20 minutes until cooked, it depends how thick you fish is!
Serve with mixed salad and new potatoes or on a bed of rice with green vegetables and the lemon wedge.
