Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup Ice Cubes6-7 Frozen berries of your choice1 cup Pineapple Juice, can substitute any juice1 scoop sherbert about 1/4 cup any flavor2 cups crystal lite lemonade, or any flavor1/2 tsp flax seed, ground
Directions
Crush Ice cubes, add small amount lemonade then berries. Next put in Flax seed, pineapple juice then sherbert. Mix in blender adding remainer of lemonade slowly. Serve in Chilled glasses with straw or spoon. This makes 4 1-cup servings.
