Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb. Frozen Hash Browns, thawed1/2 c. butter, softened10 1/4oz. can Cream of Chicken Soup1 8oz. container of Light Sour Cream1 med. onion, peeled & chopped2 c. chedder cheese, grated2 tsp. salt3 tsp. pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a 11x14 baking dish, mix the ingredients together and then bake for about 60 minutes or until brown on top.
