Banana muffins

Ingredients
3/4 c. sugar1/3 c. oil2 eggs1 c. mashed bananas1 1/2 c. flour3/4 t. baking soda1/2 t. salt
Directions
mix sugar, oil and eggs with a wire whisk
add mashed bananas
add dry ingredients and mix well
grease muffin pan
scoop batter into pan
bake at 400° for 12 min
