1 12 oz package of Yves Meatless Ground1/3 cup dived celery1/3 cup diced onion1/4 cup diced green pepper1 carrot, shredded3 medium mushrooms, chopped1 14 oz cans dived tomatoes1/4 cup old fashioned oats1/2 of a 6 oz can tomato pasteSeason to tastes
Mix all ingredients together, except tomato paste. Spread evenly in oven safe pan.
Thin tomato paste with just enough water to make it spreadable, can be seasoned also.
Cover and place in oven at 350 degrees F for about an hour.
