Mexican Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
1 c. Boiling Water2 tbsp. Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa Powder1 tbsp. Non Dairy Creamer3 tbsp. Splenda1 tsp. Cinnamon1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extractpinch of saltpinch of chili powder
Directions
Boil water
While waiting for water to boil, mix Cocoa, non-dairy creamer, splenda, cinnamon, salt and chili powder in a cup.
Add the water to the cup and stir until mixture is disolved, add vanilla.
