1 lb skinless boneless breast1 package Daiya pepper jack Cheese30 extra thin corn tortillasOlive Oil spray
Preheat oven to 300
Boil the chicken breasts
Shred the meat and put it into a gallon size ziplock bag.
Add the cheese to the bag and shake it up.
Heat a pan on low, spray with olive oil.
heat tortilla 10 seconds on each side
Add 2 T meat/cheese filling and roll on the tortilla.
Place the taquito seam side down in a casserole dish.
When the casserole dish is full heat through in the oven.
Serving Size: 2 taquitos
