Rice Pudding with Raisins

Ingredients
Cook l bag of Boil-in-Bag Brown Rice according to instructions on the box. Drain and refrigerate to cool. Set aside.Meanwhile cook the following ingredients until it boils: 3 cups skim milk 1 box Vanilla Sugar/Fat Free vanilla pudding mix 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 tsp cinnamon pinch salt (optional)Take off heat. Add 1 tsp vanilla and the 2 cups of cooled brown rice. Refrigerate.
Directions
