BBQ Pineapple Chicken

Ingredients
10 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 455ml Chicken and Rib BBQ Sauce2 14ml cans Pineapple Chunks2 cloves Garlic
Directions
I used a large 7 quart cooker, but it would be easy to cut this recipe in half if yours is a smaller one.

Mix together pineapple chunks (including syrup), BBQ sauce and garlic in separate bowl. Place 4-5 chicken breasts on the bottom of your Slow Cooker. Add half the sauce mix. Add a second layer of chicken followed by the remainder of the sauce mix.

Cook on High for 4 hours, or low for 8 hours. If you are making a half batch, I would suggest checking it after 3 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 10 hearty servings or 20 light ones.
