Chicken salad with mango curry dressing

Ingredients
80grams cooked chicken filet100grams iceberg lettuce100grams ripe tomato100grams frozen beans steamed or boiled gentlydressing½ mango100grams natural low fat yoghurt (1.5%)1 tsp currysalt and pepper optional
Directions
Microwave the greens, let them still have bite in them. Mix the lettuce, tomato, beans together and in a bowl for one person.
Blend the mango with yoghurt and curry (salt and pepper)
Decorate your plate so the food looks inviting.
