Mixed greens

Ingredients
I did not use turkey drumsticks, I used turkey necks which were 140 calories per 4 oz, and I used two necks with bones which weighed about a pound. I also used minced garlic (fresh garlic can be used too). This meat is used for seasoning, but you can eliminate the meat if you like. Sometimes a tablespoon of oil (instead of meat) is a great compliment to this dish.You can use any type of onions. I used red. If you like a lot of onions - use more. You also don't need to use the onion powder - I like lots of onion flavor in everything!
Directions
Cook the smoked turkey first adding all the seasonings (about and 1 1/2 hours) - add the greens last.Cook the greens until tender. Not mushy - then they are over-cooked. Keep tasting the "pot liquor," until it tastes good.
