CUT BELL PEPPERS IN HALF AND STEAM IN THE MICROWAVE FOR 5 MINUTES IN A SHALLOW BAKING DISH WITH 1 INCH OF WATER. BROWN TURKEY & ONION WHILE COOKING RICE BY PACKAGE DIRECTIONS. ADD TOMATOES AND SPICES TO TURKEY MIXTURE AND MIX WELL, NEXT ADD RICE. STUFF PEPPERS WITH RICE MIXTURE AND TOP WITH CHEESE. BROIL IN THE OVEN UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED.
