Crock pot chicken and rice

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts4 C low sodium chicken broth2 C brown rice2 Tbl onion flakes2 tsp garlic pdr1/2 tsp celery seed1/4 C sour cream1/4 C whole milk3 oz cheddar cheese
Directions
Add frozen chicken breasts, bone in if desired, broth, and seasonings to crock pot. Cook on low at least 3 hours, but more is fine. Add rice 2 hours before you want to eat. Remove chicken, debone and chop, return to pot. 10-45 min before serving, stir in sour cream, milk, and cheese. Cooks in crock pot on low a total of about 8 hrs
