Honey Soy Ginger Pork

Ingredients
1/4 cup grated Ginger Root 1/4 cup of runny Honey1/2 Soy Sauce.5 kg Pork, fresh, belly, rawBoiling water to coverSalt/pepper to taste
Directions
Cook pork until slightly brown (not too much).
Add the ginger, then the honey, followed by the soy sauce (allowing each to cook for a minute or so).
Cover with water.
Cook for 60 mins. Check at intervals of 20 mins for taste - add honey or soy sauce to make it more sweet or more savoury.
