Ingredients
self raising flour 150 glow fat margarine 28gegg fresh x 1skimmed milk 100mlcheddar cheese grated 75g
Directions
Rub margarine into flour. Add Egg, cheese and milk, sea salt and black pepper. Roll out and cut into rounds, put on baking tray, cook 15 mins at 200C or 180C fan oven. Or put in square/rectangular tray and cut into triangles/rectuangles.
