Crockpot Chicken and brown rice

Ingredients
2 lg chicken breasts4 C low sodium chicken borth2 C med grain brown rice2 Tbl onion flakes1 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp celery seed1/4 C sour cream1/4 C whole milk3 oz cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook chicken breasts and borth on low in crock pot 3-6 hours. Ok to add chicken still frozen or on bone. Remove chicken, chop, and return to pot. 2 hours before time to eat, add rice. 10-45 minutes before eating (when rice is done) stir in sour cream, milk, and cheese.
