Spicy Salmon Salad

Ingredients
1 can Wild Pink Salmon1 tbsp freshly chopped cilantro1 tsp freshly chopped tarragon1 medium celery stalk, finely chopped1/10 tsp red pepper flake, ground (or cayanne pepper)1 small garlic clove, minced20 grams wholegrain mustarddash black pepper4-5 tbsp light mayonnaise
Directions
Add cilatro, tarragon, celery, and garlic to bowl. Add in mustard, ground red chili pepper flake and a dash of black pepper, to taste. Gradually add mayo, stirring to make sure you don't add more than is necessary. Excellent served in tomato halves over a bed of lettuce. Makes enough for 6 small-medium tomato halves.
