Linguine with Red Clam Sauce

Ingredients
2 Tbs. Olive Oil1 Med Chopped Onion2 small cans sliced Black OlivesFresh Mushrooms, sliced2 small cans chopped clams, w/ 1/2 juiceGarlic, fresh, chopped1 med. can stewed Tomatoes1 med. can whole TomatoesLinguine
Directions
Saute in Olive Oil:
- 1 med chopped Onion
- 2 sm cans sliced Black Olives
- Fresh mushrooms, sliced

Stir in:
- 2 small cans chopped clams w/ 1/2 juice
- Garlic to taste (fresh, chopped)

Add & Simmer 1 hour:
- 1 med. can Stewed Tomatoes
- 1 med. can Whole Tomatoes

Serve over linguine. This sauce will be thin. Serve with salad and sour dough bread.

Yields 3-4 servings. You can also double the recipe easily, freeze the sauce for later.
