Bisquick Heart Smart Pancakes

Bisquick mix, soy milk, flax meal, vanilla flavoring, coconut oil for the pan
Mix 1 Tbsp flax meal w/3 Tbsp water, set aside and let thicken for ~1 minute.
Mix Bisquick mix w/soy milk (or any other plant milk), add 1 tsp vanilla flavoring, stir.
Add flax meal/water mix and stir again.
Heat a small amount of coconut oil in the pan or griddle, pour with a 1/4 c measuring cup pancakes onto the pan (my fan fits 3 at the same time) or onto griddle, flip after ~2 minutes and cook for another ~2.
Serving Size: Makes 9 pancakes (using a 1/4 c to pour 1 pancake)
