Basic Tuna Cakes

Tuna, Canned in Water, 2 5 oz can Egg, fresh, 1 large Cauliflower, cooked, 0.5 cup (1/3 of a frozen bag) Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (fresh, not canned) Garlic, 1 clove (minced with onion) Onions, raw, .25 cup, (minced with garlic) Hellmann's Mayonaise, 1 tbsp
Microwave ~5 oz of frozen cauliflower til soft. allow to cool
Wisk egg in bowl. Add drained tuna and mix
Mince onion and garlic. add to tuna/egg and mix
Mince cooled cauliflower (used a slap chop) and add to tuna egg.
Add parmesean and mayo. Mix.
Yield 6 patties. 2-3 patties per serving. Heat olive oil in skillet - fry til golden brown on both sides. Season to taste, serve with tartar or dijon mustard
