Sweedish Meatballs

1 cup Minute Rice1 lb. Ground Beef1 egg, slightly beaten2 tbsp Onions, minced1 tbsp Parsley, chopped1-1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp nutmegDash of pepper1/2 cup milk1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup (10.75 oz can)2/3 cup water1 tbsp lemon juice
Mix soup, water and lemon juice and place to side.
In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly mix:
Minute Rice, Ground Beef, beaten egg, onions, parsley, salt, nutmeg, pepper and milk.
Form the meatball mixture into 1.5-2 inch balls and place in a pan. Pour soup mixture on top of the meatballs.
Simmer for 5 minutes, turn meatballs and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 5 servings, four meatballs per serving.
