Teriyaki Chicken Veggie StirFry

2T olive oil1-2 medium shallots2-3 garlic cloves1 medium zuchinni, chopped1/4 cup celery, chopped1 cup mushrooms, chopped1/8 cup chopped spanish peanuts2T Teriyaki baste & glaze2T sesame seeds1 cup cooked, shredded chicken breast
Heat olive oil in heavy skillet. Add zuchinni & stir to coat with oil; cook about 5 minutes, uncovered. Stir if needed. Add onions, shallots, celery, mushrooms, peanuts, and teriyaki. Stir well and cook about 8 minutes. Fold in shredded chicken & sesame seeds, and continue cooking until zucchini is tender but not soggy. Serve immediately.
