*Potato, raw, 2 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.)Carrots, raw, 1 mediumGreen Peppers (bell peppers), .50 cup, stripsOnions, raw, .25 medium (2-1/2" dia)Zucchini, 1 cup, slicedMrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 1 tspOlive Oil, 1 tbspBasil, .50 tbspGarlic, 1 clove
slice potato leaving skin, cut up carrots, slice peppers onion and zucchini toss all together with olive oil in a bowl and add seasonings and smashed garlic, heat grill on high but turn down on low before you put the veggies on. cook veggies in a grilling pan cooking for about 10 min covering with grill lid but turning veggies until the vegies are slightly chared but still crispy.
