Quaker Avena Molida (Oat Flour), Sugar, cinnamon stick, water or milk.
In a pot mix the cereal with water or milk and add the cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil over medium heat stirring ocassionally so it doesn't burn the pot. Once it is rapidly boiling let it cook for about 2 minutes stirring frequently. Discard cinnamon stick and serve hot in a shallow bowl or mug.
Serving Size: Makes one 1-1/4 cup serving.
