Brown Rice, Chicken Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 medium onion, chopped4 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast, or firm tofu1 cup broccoli*1 cup snap peas, chopped* *substitute your favorite veggies1/2 cup cooked brown rice2 green onions chopped1 TBS reduced sodium soy sauce (optional)4 TBS Newman's Own low fat Sesame ginger dressing
Directions
Saute onion in olive oil in large skillet or dutch oven. Add vegetables and cook 2-4 minutes. Add brown rice, soy sauce and sesame ginger dressing.

Cook until brown rice is heated through.
