High Protein Blueberry Muffins

(2) cups Bob's Red Mill Low Carb Baking Mix (2) tbsp Canola Oil(2) eggs(2) cups water (more or less depending on how think you need the batter(3) tsp baking powder (4) tsp sweetener (more if you like it sweeter) (.5) tsp vanilla extract(30) grams honey (more or less depending on how sweet you want it (1) cup blueberries or your favorite fruit
Mix all dry ingredients together. Then add wet ingredients. Heat oven on 350 degrees and line baking muffin pan with cupcake liners. Grease liners with Pam cooking spray (very lightly). Divide batter into each muffin cup 8 ways. Bake at 350 for 22-25 minutes or until tops are golden brown. Enjoy.
