Ingredients
1/2 kilo lean meat pork (thigh or loin)1/2 kilo pork lungs1/4 kilo pork liver2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil3 cloves garlic1/2 cup onion1 tbsp ground black pepper1 small sache Maggi Magic Sarap seasoning1 cube Knorr Pork Bouillon1 cup vinegar
Directions
Marinade pork, liver and pepper in vinegar. Set aside for at least 30 minutes.
Saute onion and garlic in oil.
Add finely chopped pork lungs, mix well. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add the pork/liver marinade. Simmer for at 10-15 minutes or until pork is tender.
Serve with rice and enjoy!
