Ingredients
1 poached egg (i bought that plastic container you microwave)1 Whole Wheat english muffin toasted2 thin slices of sharp cheddar cheese1 slice canadian baconfresh spinachI used to do a mix with low fat Mayo and some mustard for some extra zing.. But mayo too fattening, I ususally do mustard.
Directions
Poach one egg (i bought plastic container at store that makes 2 poached eggs. If you have one, the trick is to stap the yolk with back of spoon and add a tad bit of water. These eggs can over cook and explode when you take them out! 52 secs cooks best for me in microwave 1-egg), toast english muffin, add 2 thin slices of cheese on heated muffin, add 1 slice canadian bacon, add spinach and whatever seasoning you want. and enjoy!
