Nana's Banana Bread

Ingredients
Melt 1/4 C shortening and set aside to cool.2 eggs1/4 cup of milk1 tsp of vanillaSift together: 2 C flour3/4 C sugar1 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Makes 12 1 inch pieces
Mash bananas.
Grease and flour loaf pan. Preheat oven to 350.
In medium bowl beat 2 eggs.
Add bananas and shortening.
Add 1/4 C milk 1 tsp. vanilla
Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Make well in dry ingredients. Add banana mixture and stir until well moistened.

Bake at 350 40-45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
