Homemade Syrup

Ingredients
2Cups white sugar2Cups brown sugar2Cups water2tsp vanilla or maple extract
Directions
Put sugars and water in medium saucepan, mix and stir on med/ high heat till dissolved. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 min. remove from heat add extract sstir let cool and poor into container.
