Steve's Vegan Chocolate Pudding #2

Ingredients
1 cup canned pumpkin (unsalted, and NOT 'pumpkin pie filling')1 Tbsp powdered sugar3 Tbsp unsweeted cocoasplash of vanilladash of cinnamon
Directions
Stir together all ingredients in a bowl.

Once they are combined, mix until smoth with a whisk or, better, the whisk attachment to a hand-mixer or similar.

Spoon into 3 custar cups, top with a berry or nut, cover, and refrigerate 3-4 hours before serving.

Serving Size: makes 3 ~1/3 to 1/2 cup servings
