Low Carb Single Serving Crepe Recipe

Ingredients
2 large egg white, fresh, 2 tbls Flour, white1 tbls Water, tap2 tbls Milk, nonfat1/2 tsp Canola Oil1 dash Salt,
Directions
Using a stick blender, and a tall mixing container gradually blend egg whites. And the milk and water, blending briefly to combine. Add the flour, one 1/4 tablespoon at a time then the salt and oil.

2.Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using 1/2 the mixture for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.

3.Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side.

4. Fill with low calorie sweet or savory choices and serve hot.
