BAYS Potato Leek Soup-Low Fat

Ingredients
Leeks, 2 cups-Chopped*Potato, raw, 6 medium -Chopped to preferred size*Knorr Chicken Bouillon, 2 tspCelery seed, .5 tbspMashed Potatoes, dehydrated, 1 cupWater, tap, 6 cupsHam, extra lean, 5 slicesMilk, nonfat, 1 cup*Flour, white, .25 cup
Directions
Sauted chopped leeks and add chicken stock or bouillon. Add potatos and water and diced ham. Simmer until potatos are tender. Add cerery seed and salt & pepper and mustard to desired taste. Stir in instant potatos (as needed-may not need entire cup) and fat free milk, drizzle into simmering pot until desired thickness is reached. Season as desired and enjoy
