Brad's Oryx Chili (Antelope Chili)

Ingredients
Oryx (or Antelope) meat. Can also use Turkey, Ground Chicken, Ground Beef, etc., but Oryx is ultra-lean and super tasty. 2 can Hatch tomatoes & Jalapenos 2 cans Tomatoes w/ basil, garlic, oregano 1 can black beans 1 cup chopped onion other veggies (carrots, etc.) as desired.
Directions
Turn on slow cooker, to begin warming while doing rest of preparation.
Brown oryx/antelope meat in pan over medium-high heat.
Add oryx meat, beans, and tomatoes to slow cooker. Cook for 90 minutes.
