Crockpot Chicken Gyros

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 24 ounces(remove)Olive Oil, 0.25 cup(remove)*Lemon Juice, 0.25 cup(remove)Greek Seasoning (to taste 1 tbsp or so)Tziki Sauce:Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 8 oz(remove)Cucumber (peeled), 1 cup, pared, chopped(removeDill Seasoning
Directions
Place chicken breasts in crockpot with olive oil, lemon juice and greek seasoning, cook on low for 3-4 hours until chicken is done, remove and shred.
For sauce: Mix yogurt, cucumber, and dill seasoning and refrigerate for 3 hours (even better overnight), serve with pita bread and your favorite toppings.
