Ground beef, 16 ozBread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 4 ozEgg, fresh, 4 large*Whole Milk / Vitamin D, 0.5 cupRomano Cheese, 6 ozOnions, raw, 0.5 cup, choppedGarlic, 0.25 cupParsley, 0.25 cupBasil, 4 tbsp
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with olive oil cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. If mixture seems a little loose add more breadcrumbs.
Roll meatballs loosely about the size of a golf ball and place on a baking sheet. Place into preheated oven for approximately 35 to 40 minutes, Enjoy!!
