3 ounces chicken1 tbsp flour3 tbsp crushed corn flakes1 tbsp nonfat milkseasoning slat to tastegarlic salt (or powder) to taste
Dredge the chicken strip through the flour, dip in the milk, and then bread the chicken with crushed corn flakes until fully covered.
Put "breaded" chicken strip on a non-stick pan.
Bake on 400 degrees F for ~20 minutes.
