Half 40 gm perfectly ripe Haas avocado, thinly sliced90 gm Ripe Heirloom tomatoAbout 1 tbsp of light mayonnaise or other similar dressingDash of salt
Directions
Thinly slice avocado and array on one side of the plate.
Thinly slice an heirloom tomato and array on the other side of the plate.
Sprinkle a dash of salton both avocado and tomato (this is critical).
