Spagetti Ham Pie

Ingredients
6 oz whole wheat spagetti3-4 garlic cloves minced2 1/2 TBSP Olive Oil1/4 cup all purpose flour1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper1 1/2 skim milk3/4 cup half-and-half3/4 cup Jennie-O lean turkey ham-chopped3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
Directions
Cook spagetti according to package directions; drain and set aside
Saute' garlic in hot oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat 5 minutes. Stir in Flour, salt and pepper. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk and half-and-half; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Stir in spagetti, ham, and 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese.
Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 9-inch pie plate; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 425 for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
