Sicilian pizza crust (like Boboli,prevention mag. recipe)

Ingredients
3/4 c flour1/2 pkg. active dry yeast1/4 tsp dried thyme1/4 tsp dried sage1/4 tsp dried rosemary1/2 c very warm water1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Whisk first 5 ingredients together add warm water and olive oil. Gradually add in another 3/4 c flour until dough forms. Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 5min. Add flour if dough gets sticky. Cover with plastic wrap; let rise 10min.
Bake at 450 for 15min.
